Frequently asked questions

Discover how we craft show-stopping visual impact for corporate functions, brand activations, and private events.

What types of balloon installations can you create?

At The Balloon Rebel, everything is bespoke. We design large-scale sculptures, immersive tunnels, organic balloon walls, ceiling canopies, and branded corporate masterpieces engineered to create unforgettable visual impact.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We typically require around one month of preparation time. Large-scale installations demand detailed concept design, material sourcing, and structural planning, so booking early guarantees your date in our schedule.

How long does setup take on the day of the event?

Depending on the scale and complexity of the build, on-site setup can take anywhere from several hours to a full day or more. We coordinate closely with your venue to ensure ample time before guests arrive.

Do you deliver and install on location?

Yes, we offer complete on-site delivery and professional installation throughout Manchester and surrounding areas, ensuring every element is assembled safely and styled to perfection.

How long do the balloon installations last, and what about takedown?

Our professional balloon installations can remain pristine for days or even weeks depending on indoor conditions and climate. A convenient takedown and collection time is arranged in advance to clear the space seamlessly.

How does pricing and quoting work?

Because every masterpiece is uniquely bespoke, pricing is tailored to each project. Once we finalise your design concepts, we provide a detailed quote based on materials, design time, structural equipment, and delivery distance.
